8 September 2016， Investing and Financing Workshop Event for Small-Medium Enterprises of Science and Innovation was held in Shanghai. It was jointly organized by China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Shanghai Veritas Law Corporation, Longwin Finance and Bank of Ningbo.

Ms. He Lijuan, Managing Partner of Shanghai Veritas Law Corporation, gave a presentation on Small and Medium Enterprises: How to Enter Capital Road. Ms. He compared the differences and advantages of multi-level capital market systems including N Board，NEEQ listing，GEM Board.

Main Board and SME Board, etc. She proposed the main problems which the small and medium enterprises confront. 

Mr. Wu Jinwei, Legal Associate of Shanghai Veritas Law Corporation, shared his views on following topics : how to set Intellectual Property ('IP') strategy, types of IP, the reasons of setting a IP strategy and the way to set a IP strategy.

Mr. Seow Sin Leng, Consultant in a Singapore company, came to Shanghai to provide an overview of creating value of enterprises. Mr. Seow shared his experience on how to help enterprises list on the market and how to improve competitiveness. Approximately 60 audience attended the workshop event.
