3. Represented a Singaporean creditor in a subrogation dispute, precisely analyzed the complexities of the case, fully utilized procedural rules, obtained a ruling to reject the lawsuit within three months, achieved a final resolution of the dispute, and successfully recovered losses exceeding RMB 10 million for the client.

4. Engaged by the Singaporean insolvency representative, and in a scenario where the debtor refused to file for bankruptcy, successfully applied to a Chinese court to initiate bankruptcy liquidation proceedings against the domestic debtor by first establishing creditor qualification through litigation. This achieved a critical connection in the cross-border insolvency process and marked a key breakthrough for the ultimate realization of the Singaporean parent company's bankruptcy.

5. Represented over 50 labor dispute cases, covering the entire process from labor arbitration, first-instance and second-instance litigation, to enforcement proceedings. Well-versed in the integration of local adjudication rules and procedural transformation mechanisms, handling core claims such as confirmation of labor relations, wrongful termination, layoffs, double wages, performance bonuses, medical treatment periods, and non-competition restrictions. Successfully managed special cases involving foreign executives, employees with permanent residence rights, and retirement benefits for over-age workers.

6. Represented clients in numerous intellectual property cases, including design patent infringement disputes involving foreign entities, IP commissioned creation disputes, trademark infringement disputes, and unfair competition disputes.

7. Provided comprehensive legal risk control for a Singaporean client throughout the entire lifecycle of transferring a commercial real estate project in Shanghai valued at RMB 120 million, covering transaction negotiations, contract signing, supervision of title transfer, and cross-border fund remittance. Led the design of the transaction structure, completed the drafting, review, and negotiation of 20 ancillary contracts, and resolved three major challenges: ensuring the bilateral security of funds and assets in the cross-border transaction, managing high land appreciation taxes, and navigating cross-border fund remittance approvals.
