25 November 2016，'The Belt & Road' Industrial Cooperation Series Event in Latin American: Outlook on Mexico and Brazil was held in Shanghai. It was directed by Administration Commission of Shanghai Hi-tech Industrial Parks, in conjunction with Shanghai Science & Technology Development and Exchange Center, Small And Medium Enterprise Service Center in Yangpu District of Shanghai, The Belt And Road International Financial Development Association, Fudan Software Park, QjChuang Entrepreneurship platform, Shanghai Miaohui Company and Shanghai Veritas Law Corporation.

Our excellent line-up of speakers included Mr. Alejandro Salas, Trade & Investment Commissioner Of Promexico Shanghai, and Mr. Mauricio Medeiros de Assis, Vice consul (Shanghai) of Brazil. They gave a speech of overview on Investment projects and Preferential policy in Mexico and Brazil. Three speakers from Reprehensive Enterprise shared their views on the investment environment and business reflections.

Ms. He Lijuan, Managing Partner of Shanghai Veritas Law Corporation, gave a presentation on Chinese legal updates on investments from the perspectives of legal applications and risks during the outbound investments.
