23 December 2016,Investing and Financing Workshop Event for Enterprises of Science and Innovation was held in Shanghai.It was jointly organized by Shanghai Promotion Association of Tech-Transfer（SPAT）,Hongkou Science and Technology Committee, China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Shanghai Veritas Law Corporation and Longwin Finance .

Ms. He Lijuan, Managing Partner of Shanghai Veritas Law Corporation, gave a presentation on Small and Medium Enterprises: How to Enter Capital Road. Ms. He compared the differences and advantages of multi-level capital market systems including N Board，NEEQ listing，GEM Board.

Main Board and SME Board, etc. She proposed the main problems and solutions which the small and medium enterprises confront. 

Several scientific and innovative companies presented the roadshow and took questions from investors. The workshop proved participants a lively exchange.
