Ms. Ni currently practices mostly in the areas of Intellectual Property, Internet and E-commerce law, software and information law, finance and capital market, and major litigation and arbitration issues.
Ms. Ni is Associate Professor and Tour for graduate of International Law School of East China University of Political Science and Law. After postgraduate degree in European Union law at the Third University of Marseilles, she took a Joint PH. D. of Xiamen University and the same French University. Later, she came to Chinese Academy of Social Sciences for postdoctoral study. Ms. Ni had presided over a project supported by National Social Science Fund (PRC), and joined in many national or provincial projects. Now, she has published more than 10 articles in core journals and newspapers.
Ms. Ni has provide litigation and non-litigation service to government agencies, financial institutions, state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises for a long time, including Administration Committee of Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District, China Eastern Airlines E-Business Co., Ltd., China Railway 15th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Taikang Life Insurance (shanghai) Co., Ltd., 21st Century Publishing Group, Zhangyue Technology’s Co.
