28-29 July, 2017 LEGAL+TECH New Champions Annual Convention was held in Hangzhou with big opening ceremony. It was co-organized by Shanghai Bestv Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Management Committee of Hangzhou Qiantang Wisdom City.

The convention focused on the topic 'How will the legal profession make slef-improvement during the trend of Industry 4.0' . It set the agenda from multiple perspectives such as 'Legal+AI', 'Legal+Public Service', 'Legal+Corporate Service' and 'Legal+Insurance Service'. Champions from various industries including legal, technology, judicature and famous corporations were invited and discussed around the challenge and opportunity in the legal sector.
