Mr. Ye currently practices mostly in the area of capital market, outbound investment, M&A, banking & finance, corporate law and major litigation and arbitration issues. His research interest focused on WTO law, international commercial arbitration, international investment law and has published several articles in Law Review, Chinese Review of International Law.
